The location is excellent, very central and yet quiet! Very clean and well equipped rooms, good breakfast. Parking facilities both in the hotel and in public. Very recommendable. Friendly staff.
I have no idea!
-
great room, great service, parking in the middle of the city behind the hotel for 11 € and a very friendly staff. Gladly again!

Good location and very nice reception. A few minutes walk to the city.
The rooms were a bit out of date. The bed could have been more comfortable from my point of view. Price performance average.

We had a very nice and super comfortable bed
I had booked a room with a big bed, at the reception we were first given the key for a room with two beds, after a complaint we immediately got another room with the respective bed.

Good location, friendly, courteous

Location is good because it's in the center of town. Internet connection is 10 Euros per hour and 30 Euros per 24 hours which is very expensive for connection that drops.
The staff is unpleasant and we felt unwelcomed from the time we checked in. Receptionist was irritated at questions about internet connectivity.
-
Basic, functional with accomodating staff.
Our bed was very uncomfortable, and the parking was way to expensive.

We booked the hotel one day before travelling to Belgium and got a competitive price (69 Euro w/o breakfast). The rooms are OK, clean, they brought a baby bed into the room upon our email request and it was free of charge. The bathroom was good and clean, we liked the water boiler, which we used for baby food.
The air-conditioner didn't work and since the hotel is in Aalst dowtown it was pretty loud on Friday evening. Therefore we couldn't open the window. The bed was too soft for us.

Comfortable, no expensive room, many facilities

Ideal location for being right in the town centre and easy access. Minutes away from the motorway if taking the car. Hotel does have carpark although 17 euros. However, there is a carpark a two minute walk away next to the police station which is safe and only 2.50 euros. Hotel will give you directions and happy to show you where it is. This came in very handy as there is a Market on Saturday mornings which passes right outside the hotel. Any cars parked there Friday night get towed away. So be careful not to park on a Friday night - this was really worth knowing as when we arrived cars where parked outside and around the streets. Had we not known we would have parked there.
Staff very helpful, very clean and rooms very spacious with all the facilities you would want. All the normal toiletries available in the bathroom. There is a kettle in the room and tea and coffee supplies are located next to the lifts so you just help yourself to take back to your room. We were only staying the one night but would have been suitable for longer. Breakfast looked good but there are so many places around to get something to eat much cheaper and more variety. Drinks in the hotel bar are very expensive - there are many bars and restuarants within a stones throw of the hotel where the bar staff were very friendly and all speak very good English.
-
Fast check-in, big fancy room, fast check-out, chocolate candies at reception. Room usually costs about EUR200, but there was some kind of discount and one night staying cost me 80. With this price - excellent value for money.
-
I dont believe it is clear that no food was served at the bar on Sunday.
-
Very close to restaurants, great position within in walking distance of the train station. many restaurants and bars close by and the hotel itself is modern looking and comforable without being cold. Despite some complaints i'd seen on reviews, breakfast was a good selection and very typical of most western hotels.

The room service was very fast and the food was amazing! Best steak ever!
